Once the retainer is paid, you are booked and we can move forward in discussing the details of the booking.

Always come to your appointment with your face clean and moisturized. If you have a specific skin care routine, you may do that before coming with the exception of Tinted moisturizer. Showing up to your appointment with makeup on will result in cutting into your appointment and take away from your pampering experience.

If you are getting your hair styled, please come with clean, dry hair unless you are getting a blowout or specifically instructed to leave it wet before the service. This is especially if you have extensions installed in your hair. Extension hair takes a particularly long time to dry and can extensively cut into your appointment time if they aren't thoroughly dry in order to be able to hold any kind of hair style.

Typically, we suggest to wax brows or face at least a few days before getting makeup done. Waxing pulls off the top layer of skin along with the hair, resulting in some patches of skin where the makeup may slide or just not lay down on the skin at all even with primers.

Our artists have sanitized kits and tools, and in order to prevent cross contamination; we need a clean, dry space preferably with natural light or good lighting. Must be free of clutter/dust/dirt/contaminants. We also need safe access to power in order to plug in any makeup lights and or hot tools being used to glam you, and enough table or counter space to set up our makeup and/or hair kits. If we need to bring a table for set up, that needs to be communicated to us beforehand. Remember, us Artists have extensive kits and need more room to set up than most people realize.

Yes! As artists, we are visual learners. Visual references give us an understanding of what the client is looking to achieve. Once we see a photo, that gives us a better idea of what you are looking to achieve than just words alone. Please keep in mind that most images nowadays are manipulated by filters/Photoshop and lighting. That being said, we will tailor what's in the photo to your particular features and what works best for you personally. Something we love to suggest as well, is for clients to show us a photo of when you loved your hair and makeup so we can get a feel for what you like personally, so we can create the perfect look for you!

A typical glam session takes anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour per service depending on the client's needs, schedule and the amount of detail involved in the service. When scheduling, remember to factor in travel time, & any wardrobe changes so that we can schedule you according to when you need to be hair & makeup ready. For photoshoots and productions, please indicate your timeline and how many talent so that we may accommodate you with a strict set schedule and the appropriate amount of artists needed to help everything run smoothly and efficiently on the shoot day.
